Keep Rebutia heliosa brightly lit while out of direct sun. This small plant clusters freely around the base. Protect from freezing. Provide very little water in Summer and completely cool and dry in Winter. Minimum average temperature: 35°F - avoid freezing.

Rebutia heliosa grows in mountainous areas around 10,000 feet elevated in Bolivia. Orange to red flowers are about an inch and a half wide.
